Northern Investments Property Management  was developed for Real Estate Owners with property in Northern Minnesota. Whether you have a Vacation Property, Lake Home, Apartment, Duplex or Commercial Property, we are here to help free up your time, by keeping it full and producing income as well as taking care of any problems that may arise. Our rates are very affordable and we offer a variety of services to suite your specific needs.

General Rates

Apartments, Duplexes, Commercial Properties and Rental Units

Management Duties: Find and screen tenants, contact person to tenants, schedule any repair work required at the property, receive rents

Management Rate: 10% of rent received ($50 per unit minimum)
50% of first months rent, when new 1 year lease is signed (to cover advertising expenses) Charged only once per tenant, if we have to aquire new tenants. 

Additional Services

General Maintainence: Includes, painting, cleaning, landscaping and basic repairs. Billed at $25 per hour

Deposit Rents: Includes depositing rent checks into your bank account and mailing you the deposit slip, $25 per month

Online Access: Allows you to login online and view your property information, units rented, tenant information, cashflow info, etc... $30 per month
